Mom and Me

This is the only picture I have so far of the two of us--I think I need to hand the camera off next time and get in the photo :) Today has been quiet. It's been raining since sunrise. We made reservations to attend the open house at the Laie Temple and then one of Mom's friends helped arrange a trip to the Polynesian Cultural Center for Dinner and the Show "Ha." Dad shared with us last night that "ha" basically means the essense of life. We are glad to celebrate life and LOVE the culture in Hawaii. Mom and Dad have found a little piece of heaven on earth. One of the grandkids said, "Grandma might be disappointed when she gets to heaven because she's been living in Hawaii." BIG GRINS! :)
Mom and Scott

Mom and Scott enjoyed some love on the couch this morning. Scott flew in from Minnesota last night leaving his two boys Andrew and Michael and daughter Hannah. Skype is an amazing tool and Mom has enjoyed homemade cards and love-long distance with her kids and grandkids. So glad Scott could come and thank you to all those helping with the kids while Scott is away. Keep skyping!
